Responsible for timely, consistent and proactive execution of all facility functions; sales, marketing, maintenance, administration.
Successful candidates will possess:
• Managerial experience in leading small teams
• Ability to translate yearly revenue and expense goals into daily, weekly and monthly tasks
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Mindset centered on self-empowered, proactive actions.
Assistant Manger:
Support Manager in execution of facility functions. Responsible for all functions of facility during manager's absence.
Candidates must have:
